HAPPY NEW YEAR

happy new year to everyone and thank you for all your help to everyone on here. i have gone from hba1c 8.7 and 21 stone to a stable 13 and a half stone and a stable 5.3 hba1c for last 18 months. your knowlegde has become very valuable to me and has helped me a great deal so here i am with my single malt counterbalanced with biscuits then back on the wagon tomorrow, HAPPY NEW YEAR
