to be honest, best is to have post pradial under 5,7 regardless the starting point. less than 2 points is good start. http://www.phlaunt.com/diabetes/16422495.phpAm I correct in thinking that your pre pradial reading would be around the 4 mark? I have read that it's good if your post pradial is less than 2 points above starting point.
I mostly don't test before meals now. I am mostly eating only lunch and evening meal and my averages for those since March 9 are 5.2 and 5 so I assume pre prandial were fine. I do check sometimes and get about .5 changes. My average carbs for the year are 29. Big measure for me is average fibre which is 26 gms so I need to push up to 30+Am I correct in thinking that your pre pradial reading would be around the 4 mark?
