He almost lost me at "Unforgiveness" but I ploughed on because you took the time to find this piece and kindly posted the link. However, he actually lost me when he said that fruits were cleansing for the liver.
He is right about the hydrogenated oils and the seed oils. He is right about the sugar but after saying that he makes no distinction between man made sugar and natural sugar in fruit and honey etc.
Fructose is a funny one, it goes straight to the liver and is stored there as fat. This is why table sugar (one molecule fructose bonded with one molecule glucose) is the double whammy.
