Fbg 16.2 after son's birthday party chocolate cake and pizza, sausage roll and crisps. If I could have had alcohol it would have been lower.
Not just partially immobile and tea-total but no birthday treats allowed either, it seems.
What a wonderful life!

Probable still high from chocolate cake before bed whilst everyone else had a drink.
No more sugar now til halloween or Xmas.... Or never once have bariatric op.
Restriction is my life now. Unless the special occasion party.
