@DJC3 I have been quite lazy re moderate cardio first thing lately hence non breakfast bg levels being my worst. Part of the problem is spending too much time here first thing
Another part is my gym room being close to our bedroom and me loving music/tv when exercising. My wife struggles to sleep anywhere nearly as early as me so at times I am up and about up to 3 hrs before her so I don't want to wake her. I have done some cardio after first tea and that worked. My moderate cardio is on static cycle with oxymeter on finger.
You are correct in thinking I don't have breakfast. Back in July 2015 I did do some form of cardio after every meal. My dear, sweet wife has today said it is fine to exercise she won't wake up.
