5.9 Not bad I suppose, 4 days of feeling light headed plus having to sleep on the sofa to look after the dog until further notice. So broken sleep will be the order of the day/night.

Hi Everyone,
I hope your all doing as well, as you expect to be doing, with the help of this Forum, as it does work!!!

Well this morning my BGL's were 7.6 at about 07.35 hrs, I contribute that to the home made Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Soup I had last night along with 2 slices of Soy & Toasted Linseed, Low Carb Bread I came across about a week and half ago. At first I thought it was pushing my BGL's up but now I'm convinced it's not.
