I am please to say that having being diagnosed 12 months ago as T2 that my bloods are all in normal levels.
It took me 6 months to get down from 109 to 41 and I am below this now.
No medication. I know this isn't for everyone but if we treat the cause of our high blood sugar you should see your numbers drop. Doctors in my opinion are to quick to treat the symptoms and not the cause.

They are. Same with blood pressure. I was on pills for ten years. I lost weight with the Diabetes and don't take any pills now - meaning that I never needed to take them if I had been helped to get rid of a few pounds around the middle. Congratulations.
