My BG was 8.3 this morning but I am disappointed because it was 7.3 yesterday morning. I suppose that is something to do with what I eat yesterday for dinner.

My fasting level today 8.3. ****. Over to other T2s now....

12.4 and I'm really trying hard to bring it down... I've noticed it's rice that makes me blood sugars sky high next morning.. yet I had no rice yesterday

if you count all your grams of carbs daily and stay under 100-150 grams of carbs in total , then most type 2 diabetics do get back to normal blood glucose under 6 mmol

A sore subject.
To be honest, no pain now from the fall I had a few weeks back but the legs do feel like I Don, t have any legs, also feel it's an effort to walk on them.
