Back into the gym today after 3 months of doing sweet FA!
So so unfit but eased myself on cardio only (30 mins) - 2km on the power stepper, 500m on rowing (this was hard!) and 1km on treadmill walking on a 7 incline.
I lost about 9 kilos this time last year which took about 12 weeks. Just clean eating and working out 4-5 days a week but I've gained about 6 of those kilos back. So here we are again...
This diagnosis really is a kick up the proverbial butt...
