Back into the gym today after 3 months of doing sweet FA!

So so unfit but eased myself on cardio only (30 mins) - 2km on the power stepper, 500m on rowing (this was hard!) and 1km on treadmill walking on a 7 incline.

I lost about 9 kilos this time last year which took about 12 weeks. Just clean eating and working out 4-5 days a week but I've gained about 6 of those kilos back. So here we are again...

This diagnosis really is a kick up the proverbial butt... :dead:

Well....your doing better than me !!!

I can only manage 15 minutes on the treadmill , but now im doing “ sets”

Im doing 3 sets x 5 mins on 10.5 incline x 4.7 speed,that way i get a 3 minute break in between, i dont set the calories but it burns about 100 calories for a normal weight person., im 160 kg so it must burn more i guess

But your going well, keep it up ,its the only way to reverse the type 2 and self manage it

100 calories in 15 minutes is great!!
