Low Carb Bread/buns

BBQ season is here and I love sausage butties and Hotdogs with onions, but need some low carb bread/bun ideas/recipes please.

I did not know there was a barbeque season, lost touch with the seasons in the north of the world.

Some one asked me what "snack food" I missed eating from the UK, and my answer is still the hotdogs that were sold at Victoria railway station in the 1960's. I do not know if they are still there as I do not recall seeing them the last time I was there in 1986.

I cannot help with low carb bun recipes...

There was real meat in the hotdogs those days, not lips, ears, cheeks and r soles like today's offerings.

Yep, our BBQ season is two weeks in the middle of the year.

I would say bake some, there are loads of recipes that get good reviews, or maybe get some lower carb wraps (around 10 carbs each) and roll up a sausage in those, or use 1 half of the roll and a lettuce leaf for the other half.

Not unless you make me an offer so ludicrously high that I can fund my next holiday!

First thought would be about £25 per roll not including delivery, minimum order 40 rolls.

Or if I am swamped with offers I can put them on eBay.

I may have most of the dwindling UK supply and they aren't making them any more.

Hmmmm....charity auction? Sotheby's?

The birds have just had my last Lidl rolls because I don’t like them
