Good morning each. 5.0 today which is edging into where I want it to be - personal vanity project maybe? Can't tell if its 2 days OMAD, 1st 8 hrs sleep since early June or just my body's idea of a joke so repeating or lowering will prove tricky. Have a good day folks.
