Yes nhs prefer some pain to use as a yard stick and to avoid painkiller addiction. Humf! No fun.
Don't you think though that , that shoots the nhs in the foot . Ron is now on 3 painkillers .

I had a good night last night. Woke by the alarm as off to get hair cuts then food shopping before storm.
Boys's hair are thick and getting long so off it comes in this weather. I want 11yr olds very short so just needs a style before first day at senior school. :) :) :)
My eyes are very sticky after standing next to council lawnmower in action for 5yr old yesterday. Things we do for our kids.
We are planning a swim on Wednesday somewhere. Weather permitting.
Still haven't got senior school full uniform in yet.

A solid night sleep again. Little one hasn't had any night terrors since not being at school. Poor little man. He stresses on social environments, any upset it affects him in his sleep. :( poor thing.

Up and awake. Awaiting for little one to moan as he feel asleep on the floor instead of his bed. Best to let him awake himself otherwise very difficult to settle him into bed. Light is left on low and I'm lying in his bed waiting for him.
I'll have a lie in hopefully in the morning then phone calls to make.
Nite all. :)

A great day and little one settled in bed asleep.
In bed for the night. Hoping for a good 8hrs. My sleep has greatly improved, minus caring for little one when needed. He's enjoying his rested mum. We've had fun today. :) :) :)
Spoke to dn and seeing Dr tomorrow about diabetes in specialists holiday cover. First in a few years. I'm hoping he's open to dn's suggestion. We'll see. Metformin is such a let down. I've fell out with it since starting with IBS.
Nite nite all.
Sweet dreams. :)

Does he check his bgs before sleep?
No. Only time is when he gets up in the morning . He's been having alot of sweating episodes . Which could be caused by anything with Ron.

We've had some excitement up here today . Just down the road from us we've had police around . They've arrested an armed suspect he was hiding out in a loft . Other than that nothing much has happened . Ron spoke to the therapist over the phone on Tuesday instead of travelling to Derby . He's due to see her again in September. Don't think this talking therapy is much use .

Mine is cr*p too. Although I got worried last night as I couldn't stop weeing myself and thought oh god I've got 'cauda equina syndrome' from my trapped nerve but I've woken with my bed dry.
I've had a 3x woken night with 5yr old. Young Carers is coming today to meet 11yr old, to give him support. I haven't a clue what they do for him. Anything is better than nothing.
I'm sitting worried about what they'll think of my home. Half decorated. Bathroom floor has still yet to be laid. So not complete. I have curtains not hung and I'm on hold buying for house since uniform costs and 6wks holiday costs.
Little one loves his climbing frame, which is now up. His birthday was in April. We'll at least up I suppose. :(
Little one has been flapping his hands alot this week after him doing some silly things to 11yr old. He has been told off but God knows how much he understands.
Still have plans to go to farms and had to abandon the car hire due to Mr ickihun's reluctance to drive it full 5 days. He wants to sell golf too.
I'll wait til my pension money comes through and I'll get now 11yr old to pass test and a shared new car. I learned to drive in a BMW 325i so son seems to follow on my extravagant footsteps.
5yr old is showing a great flare for engineering. He's problem solving like a 3yr old. He's making all kinds of contraptions for water and balls to flow through. He's trying to tell me what he wants and I'm helping him but if I get it wrong he's soooo frustrated. He needs it perfect.

Think I'm going to have to use a rolling pin on Ron for him to sleep. I asked him if it was pain keeping him awake , he said no he just can't sleep. He comes to bed in the early hours and just lays there . After a while he gets up .

Its so easy to turn into an insomniac. I bearly slept with all those chest pains.

I tost and turned a little last night because I forgot soft cheese, eggs and almonds off my shopping yesterday. 11yr old is a huge distraction. His concern was his last missed family trifle. As we didn't have enough money in last tiny shopping that we did. He has a hard life, he acts like Oliver Twist if he misses anything. Ha ha one thing about him he's never deprived. Of anything.
He hasn't been on his huge bike this year yet. Maybe today, he'll pop out?
