You should be able to.. I started at your level 23st and this morning was 15st 4 keep up the great work!

Hi @BigIain 18 stone is my goal. Sounds a lot but I'm very comfortable at that weight. I don't go with the BMI ****

IMO BMI should only be a guide. I still need to lose weight. Amen I get to 17.5st I'll reassess where I'm aiming for.
I've lost 4st whats another 1.5?
