I have to admit beacuse of work and quite an awkward divorce, I have not been to the gym or played rugby as much as I did.
Meal wise..
Breakfast - Toast / Cereal
Lunch (Workday) - Homemde sandwiches / salad.
Weekends - Sunday Lunch or wraps etc
Evening Meals - Home made food, chillies,
Snack include fruit, yogurt, odd packet of crisps (fench fries/ hula hoops)
I do eat carbs, but did cut back when diagnosed in 2009 origanlly.
The bit I am concerned / worried about is that it has jumped to 20's this week.
So I cut out alcohol, as much carbs as I could, and reduced portion size.
Even played Rugby on Sat, but my bloods remain high.
