So basically as the need calls for itDepend upon a lot of factors.... if you have good levels all day and night, you wouldn’t need to basal test. If there are concerns around certain times of day or night then basal testing could be beneficial, changing over to a pump-good idea.

Can't help you there, but if circumstances change I highly recommend it. There is so much more going on that you can't see from periodic meter testing alone .Well more of private reasons.. sorry
