My fasting level today 8.3. ****. Over to other T2s now....

Mine were 5.2 this morning but in general are now between 4.2 and 4.9. I have been on a low carb intake since Dec 2017 and at my annual review last week I had lost 1.5 stone bringing me down to 11 stone 7 lbs.

@Goonergal thanks for your concern, everything seemed to change around 25 Aug for no apparent reason - all numbers higher. I was getting fbg in mid 5s then during the day would be high 4s to high5s. Since then I’m lucky if I go below 6 all day.
Ive tried different test strip pots, I’m sleeping well and dont feel stressed. Its odd and a bit demoralising.
