My fasting level today 8.3. ****. Over to other T2s now....

4.2 this morning so pleased but can't take my insulin till after I go to aqua aerobics as it's gone from 14 to 2.8 recently after the aqua class it's amazing but can't do it every day my fasting morning ones have been 7-8 or even 10 so this morning I was very pleased aqua aerobics is the way forward burns sugar like no other exercise I've done Denise
