Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Just a reminder NOT TO EAT THOSE FORBIDDEN FOOD AGAIN!! 7.7 pre-breakfast.
My body did a very strange things whenever I eat the wrong kind of food!!
After lunch 19.9!! So I took a dose of the insulin 6 units (which normally use on the evening meal)and walked for 45 min for 2.1 miles,it came down to 9.1. IT WORKED!!
At midnight 5.1 and this morning 7.7. Well at least I know what went wrong.

I managed four days but then started feeling light headed so broke it. All readings in the final 24 hours were in the 4s.

Hi @david1968 four days is good Always good to break a fast if you don't feel well. A lot of people have bone broth to help them over a hurdle have you tried that?

Not yet, no. Just done water only fasts so far. May give the bone broth a try next time.
