How do high sugar spikes make you feel?

I was just beginning to think I'd got my head round this T1 stuff and now I read this thread and think...................oooh, more to think about now
I've only had a few high BG readings and didn't physically feel any different. Mentally I was extremely annoyed with myself for letting it happen.

Anything between 4 and 16 I feel fine. Higher than 16 for extended periods I start to getting grumpy and brain fogged.

If sky high over 25.0 I feel thirsty and lethargic

Hypos for me are worse than hypers much much worse

Tired and going to the toilet all the time, bs is 16/17 sometimes during the day

As others have said, feeling tired. But my skin also seems to get greasy when levels increase.
