Unsweetened cocoa powder should have a macronutrient profile as such:
per 100g wt:
cal, carb, fiber, fat, protein, GI

That is from US label reporting method... so net-carb is 58-33=25 (per 100g)
the high amount of fiber gives it a low glycemic index, but still 25 net-carb per 100g.
However, it is fairly light in density:
1 cup weighs about 86g
1-Tb weighs about 5.4g (total weight)... therefore, about 1.3 net carb per Tb.
