hey guys so i was diagnosed diabetic type 1 over 17 years ago when diagnosed was would extremley high sugar iv been trying to figuire out some stuff recently discovered my liver not dumping glucose and i have some other wierd problems some reason i think its not diabetes related here are my symptoms *bloated/gas when i eat *body is not digesting sugar or breaking down so no rise from drinks or sugar. *never feel urge to pee have to force myself to go pee. when missing basal shot liver not dumping glucose which is not normal even i know even a type 2 who pancreas still producing some insulin whos on basal if they miss there shot they would rise there sugar levels. and as a type 1 my liver should be dumping sugar like crazy. i missed my shot recently for a day and monitored to make sure i was right and monitored for 24 hours and sugar levels was flat when i missed my basal insulin. another thing body feels like i have no not producing adrenaline in my body or fight/flight at times where should be kicking in. my doctor isnt really helping but i will continue to fight doctor. just woundering has any others experinced these symptoms it would be nice to meet other diabetic who may be experiencing similar problems please feel free to reply

Find another Dr. You may have multiple issues. I would start with finding a really good GP to hook you up with a top notch Endo. Between them they should e able to navigate through your problems and get you going again.

Hi @static192, According to my doctor, tummy bloating can have many causes, including high BSLs and bloating and maybe constipation can affect ability to pass urine.
If you are tied with high BSLS then adrenaline will only send the BSLs higher (my guess, not a professional one) but also adrenaline might only work if your muscles are in good shape and you have adequate nutrition and are not affected by high bsls.

hey guys just to update i spoke to doctors they wasnt to much help tbh i explained to them about my mulitple issues about stomach problem body not breaking down simple sugars and issue with my body not dumping glucose tbh they said i have to speak to my diabetic specialist who hasnt been much help aswell. i requested them to do thyroid test function also they will check my liver and kidney in blood test.
another update iv recently been unwell soare throat etc normall body response sugar will go high for a normal diabetic seems mines dont move much but i.guess this is linked to other problems i have such liver not dumping glucose adrenaline problems. i just feel.really annoyed as im not getting any.answer doctors are not investogating properly my symptoms whens theres clearly somthing wrong
