I'm expecting mine to be high in the morning had a full Christmas dinner with pudding and custard today, off for a walk after but this is only the fifth week since getting my high blood sugar results back and starting keto, back on it tomorrow I'm disciplined just wanted to enjoy today with my family its been years since we were all round the table together and it was wonderful , feeling very happy and blessed .
