Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

11.8 after weeks of around 6, 7 at the most. For me that is very low. But 11.8 is very high. Even for me. Down to a bad night, maybe. Nothing special to eat or drink yesterday or day before.

More of the settle down trope. Down to where exactly and to what ends? Managing this condition is obviously important but IMHO being on this forum but not of it is by far the best bet. Wisdom of the Crowd and Group Think are too close to call

Well I like to have a sub 6 daily average. That goes up if I’m not careful, although I sometimes wonder what I’m supposed to be being careful about, so I’m with you there.
I haven’t been moving about enough though and whatever woe one subscribes to it seems that moving a bit is important.
