Hi Guys,
I was wondering if anyone can suggest a carb free breakfast that can be made and eaten within about 15-20mins. I usually have weetabix but have a hunch that my BGs will play nicer if I eat less carbs in a morning ( i think its because my back ground takes a while to kick in!).
I wouldn't really have time for bacon and eggs every morning so any suggestions would be appreciated!
