7.0 today. Woke up at 8am, tested and then straight back to bed to read. Ended up falling asleep again. Beautiful day here today in London, sun shining. Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Last night's chicken casserole in the cast iron dish was marvellous. I had green beans, husband had some potatoes too. Trip to the jewellers yielded lots of loot!
