Check out Dr jason Fung.. he works with kidney issues and metabolic issues such as Diabetes..

I had extreme tiredness and finally found that it was malabsorption of food. I have gastroparesis and am now on an nj feeding tube. I have had a stoma done as my out out flow was badly affected by the gastroparesis. Anyone else out there with similar issues and how do you cope ?
