3.2 been battling to bring it down from 9-15 then this morning it plummeted to 3.2 .... so frustrating hadn’t changed insulin or what I’d eaten etc etc ...

today going to a koncert and having a big dinner first with my best friend .. so tomorrow will probably be just as bad.. looking forward though anyways

Had my twice-yearly intensive check-up at ophthalmologist and all is A1 OK, so much so that my next appointment is now not until Feb 2020. Now just need to get better fasting blood glucose results ( and lose more weight )
