I was being interviewed on local radio station this morning from 8 til 8.30am Fylde coast radio. I was nervous but had no need to be. A fellow diabetic does a slot on a Wednesday morning and invited me in for a half hour chat. I had made notes in case I froze! First radio slot!!! So it flowed nicely. Got everything in I wanted to. Especially DCUK and its amazing forum members!! Feel very happy. It's a very small local station and I'm not even sure if it has listeners!!! But hubby listened today it had at least one!!! Every little helps.

I will listen when I have time, crazy busy at the moment and away this weekend, meet the puppies on Monday. The day after we get back, the mouse man returns for a follow up visit.

Course i knew what you meant. Not the smile of an angel at that time in the morning....8am and I had to get up at 7am! Way too early

There are date errors and a few inaccuracies such as I’ve actually been off Metformin for 18 months now and my first low hbaca1 was 33 ( good news btw I had test this month results yesterday of 29) but message is sound and refers people to this site and the low carb way of eating.
