Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Had my twice-yearly intensive check-up at ophthalmologist and all is A1 OK, so much so that my next appointment is now not until Feb 2020. Now just need to get better fasting blood glucose results ( and lose more weight )

Thanks @Diawara hopefully I can get them back to where I had them in the beginning of December.

They went haywire for a while but they seem to becoming down again, I have not changed anything so another one of life's little mysteries with T2 what caused it.
