This was the title of my last post - perhaps 10 days ago - I have searched for it here - did anyone see it - or was it removed by Admin?

I desperately needed a reply - hopefully someone supplying contact number, email, etc., of the new owners who appear not to know that this is an INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT WITH OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS NEEDING ONGOING SUPPORT.

Someone help me please my One Touch Ultra is about to 'give up the ghost'

I remember saying that please do not refer me to the test strip pharmancies - they are only interested in the huge profits they make from Ultra and know nothing about equipment.

Cannot answer your question but the following may be helpful to find your postings in future .
Just open your profile , which is the on the right hand side of the bar on the top of the page and look at the options one of which is called Your content and you will find all your postings and you can open the one you want to see and see if anyone has answered your query . There may be other ways of doing this but I find it quite a quick way of finding my postings.
