Lunch: Cheese and Vegemite sandwiches.
Dinner: Seafood marinara and reheated pasta (spirals).
Breakfast: Usual c & m omelette, bacon, tomato and a reheated spud lite tater

I eat low carb bread and potatoes, and the pasta is cooked then reheated as per Micheal Moselys show, if any one is wondering.

How do you manage low carb potatoes?

Same as high carb spuds, buy them in the Colesworth supermarkets.

Then cook as normal boil them, mash them, stick them in a stew, or lovely big golden chips with a nice piece of fried fish.

@maglil55 thank you!! I’m sorry about your feeling cruddy.. it’s being a long winter, isn’t it. Ugh re cleaning stove. Thankless task. Your toasted tea cakes are a little like another of my favorites, spelt toast with butter and honey. One piece was rarely enough, but I have an allergic-like reaction to honey, so stopped at two.
Why are we tormenting ourselves?
Pleasant memories!

Ah yes, a lovely scone I have Faturday every week when I treat myself to a thing I've been missing do a scone may have to go on the list (I'm was prediabetic btw, now no longer but am not stopping low carbing any time soon!)
Ah but is it jam first or clotted cream first? I'm a jam first person.

okra. Cigarette smoke, old, new, and permeating a room, wafting from a balcony, etc etc. That I have so many chronic diseases. That I take so very many meds. Being cold. Anything too loud, but specifically non-classical music and the television.
@Emma_369 and here I thought I invented lacy hot cheese! I just do it in the microwave, but actually prefer cheese before it gets to the chip stage. Gooey melted cheddar is another binge-worthy food but the sodium content keeps me from having all I want. Woe is unto poor ZF, who really should only ever eat swiss cheese...
@ianpspurs a Watering Can?!? Obviously I’m not familiar with sports team traditions...
CMT is giving me a really hard time on my phone. There ought to be an easy way to find somebody else’s recipes but I have to wade through backing and forthing in the settings. I have 4 followers, and I added you all to my recipe circle, but it looks like you’ll have to add me to your recipe circle if I want to see anything.
Off to deal with the pitiful digestively challenged cat again. He’s locked up, and hollering at me. He has to stay isolated! Everything he comes near has to be washed with half a bottle of Clorox!!!!

A strange but interesting 12 miles round London.
Brunch; Borough Market; Portuguese roast pork with herbs.
Mid Afternoon, in a pub; 6 chicken wings, wine, water.
Late afternoon, Soho; Lobster soup and green tea while Mrs Miggins tucked into an afternoon tea (served at 7pm).
Back at hotel. Aching feet, glass of vino colapso- night all.

@SlimLizzy you mean the sauce where they little shrimpy eyes stare back at you??
Bfast 1/2 avocado, boiled egg stolen by cat, another boiled egg. Some days I can rinse off his licky-tongue cat germs, and some days I come to my senses. Decaf/soy/cream
Lunch celery, lc tortilla wrapped around buttered almond butter. Square 90% choc.
Supper raw spinach for the entertainment value, a tiny but of very salty Caesar dressing: I need the cap to the bottle!, parmeggiano, more parmeggiano, some more parmeggiano
Snack cream.
Tomorrow is the big labs morning. I am imagining a fruit plate to have after. A shot glass of oj, cream chaser. A couple of grapes, cream chaser. Couple pieces mandarin orange. Cream chaser. An apple?

Hahaha!
Skip a single day on here, and miss 4 pages of posts, while chunks of doughnut food porn and a new way to Copy Me That. Brilliant.

Last couple of days I have been off choc and on halva.
No withdrawal symptoms from the choc, glad to say.

Only prob had a slight miscommunication with Mr B.
I talked about halva (as in DIY lo carb) and he thought I meant the bought stuff.
So my Valentines pressie was 2 x 400g of exquisite Greek halva. No added sugar. So honey used instead.

:woot::wacky::nailbiting:

In other news, went out for lunch and gorgeously warm sunny dog walk yesterday. Spring is starting to spring I am delighted to say.

B: none
L: posh pub burger. No green stuff or bread. But I did use a few chips to scoop up the leftover aioli and paprika (divine!!!!) mayo.
Pud was the cheeseboard. Soft creamy, smoked, intense goats cheese, Stilton. No crackers. But I did eat 2 frozen grapes with it.
D: not needed, but I ended up snaffling a small amount of Greek goats milk yog before bed
