Anyone got any keto/low carb recipes for Yorkshire puddings, please? I tried using almond flour and it was awful!
OK if you want marzipan with your roast!!

Poor grammar, bullying and drunks.
Almond flour doesn't rise and isn't as absorbant as wheat flour. Sorry, havn't seen a low carb alternative for Yorkies.

I made toad in the hole using this recipe at the weekend, it turned out really well. Nice and fluffy.

Yes, using the Psyllium husk might give it a more neutral flavour, not marzipanny!

Sesame flour might be another alternative? (It's nice & fine too like coconut flour.)

Rather than milk I use very thick cream diluted with water.
I have made Yorkshires with bread flour, as that gives good results at 3/4 the amount of ordinary flour.
I used 3 eggs, and lard rather than oil in the tins.
I did not get a high reading - though that might just be due to the length of time on low carb.
