hi everyone I posted around a week ago as I may be diabetic (need another blood test to confirm it), I’ve been all over the place, getting upset thinking my life is over!, after doing reasearch and remaining positive I now know I won’t be the end of the world...if I’m T2 I know I can reverse it with diet and exercise and I already go slimming world and have lost 5lbs this week!, and I have been monitoring my blood glucose which is staring to come down now!! And I am constantly increasing my exercise...thanks to those that have helped be with advice this week x

Good to hear Molly, congrats on your weight loss already. Whether you do or do not have diabetes we will always be here
