I've always thought avocados were a bit bland unless you practically disguise them by adding lots of other things such as salt, pepper, other ingredients. That would be worth doing if they were a 'superfood' (which some say they are) but only if there were no other superfoods that I could eat raw as it were. Seems like a lot of faff and blooming expensive too.

Isn’t it strange how we are all different, I love the coconut porridge, can take or leave avocados and really disliked Lidl rolls!

I have never liked ordinary porridge, and don't eat nuts including coconut! Vile stuff.

I used to hate coconut pre low carb days, my tastes have changed so much! I never bothered much with porridge either!

I haven't read every post in this thread but just wanted to say that avocado and bacon is one of those classic combinations - one of our favourite breakfasts is avocado and crispy streaky bacon scrambled eggs!
