Housework - hate housework with a passion - and rude people.

breakfast: 2 rashers back bacon, 1 grilled tomato, one poached egg
Dinner: Small lamb steak with asparagus and cabbage
Through day I had two cups of coffee with cream. Skipped lunch today becaue I didn't want a repeat of the last couple of weekend's high readings after eating at the pub - I work at the pub BTW and they feed me. Chef is very god about respecting LCHF but my pre and postprandial readings are always higher at weekends - in the 6's rather than 5/4's. Not sure why...

2 small bags pork scratchings (18g each)
1 bowl coconut milk yoghurt with couple roasted pecans

Estimated hba1c on freestyle libre - 44.
Not great but it had gone back up to 50! So pleased it's going in right direction. This is definitely a marathon not a sprint.
