Just weird.

Yesterday I had sauasage, bacon and mushroom around 7.30am away at a conference.

Later, on the drive home, I had some peanuts and a very small bag of pork scratchings.

Back at the office I had four or five tomatoes. I was going to make a salad, but didn’t get round to it.

When I got home (after ten) I had some veggie soup I had made a couple of days ago. One bowl, nothing else. In between all these I had lots of coffees with cream, both caff and decaf. I’ve kinda dropped tea since I always have it with milk.

This morning at 6.30 my fbg was 6.8 at first. I tried another finger and got 6.4. I’m consistently getting sixes these days yet I know I’m not slacking on my keto. The only thing different yesterday was I had no chance to do any training.

4.6 this morning. Yesterday was a relatively lazy day 'arting' at uni so not muh exercise other than to the brain..

breakfast: yoghurt with berries and bran. Coffee with double cream
10:30: coffee with semi skimmed milk
lunch: smoked mackerel salad (cherry toms, red pepper and lambs lettuce)
13:30: cuppa tea with semi skimmed milk
dinner: small lamb steak with broccoli and cabbage (so much cabbage!). Coffee with double cream.

Fasting blood sugar was 5.1 this morning and yesterday's nosh was as follows:

breakfast: 2 fried eggs, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes fried in butter.
Coffee with double ream
lunch: 2 egg tortilla with broccoli and cheddar, salad leaves
dinner: 2 heck sausages, steamed courgette and asparagus. Cuppa tea with full cream milk.
PM snack: 40g of Montezuma's 100% Absolute Black chocolate (oh - my - god! Yum!)

Pre-prandial (evening meal) reading was 5, post-prandial 5.3

Blessings to all - don't let the windy weather get you down x x x

Oooohh nooooooo had Chinese last night, BG malingering around 9.... after a horrific rise...When will I learn... Still, 5 weeks since anything like it..

FBG 7.2

Yesterday I had a tuna mayo salad at lunch

Had a handful of peanuts when I got home, before going swimming.

For evening meal I had steak, broccoli, fried cheese and avocado with horseradish.

Had a 500ml pot of double cream throughout the day in my coffees.

This is what I’m eating most of the time - sometimes I’ll have a cooked breakfast too.

And yet my FBGs are now consistently in the sixes, and now even up to seven. Don’t get it.
