Does anybody use this? I remember my T2 father used it when he ran out of tablets one time and it worked very well. I have also had a hypo after eating the sprouted seeds before but when I use it in cooking (which is often) I don't notice much of an effect. To be honest I use it more topically for hair growth and conditioning
I eat fresh fenugreek leaves like greens but don't really notice much of an impact on blood glucose evels from those. They are delicious anyway so it's still worth it
