Reactive Hypoglycemia & Claritin (loratadine)

I have reactive hypoglycemia. I have only had low blood sugar problems once a year and it's always been something that I have done incorrectly. Today, I ate well but had an episode of low blood sugar. The only thing that I did differently was to take Claritin (loratadine). Could that be what caused my low blood sugar?

I have RH and I take Walmart version of loratadine non drowsy. I don't seem to have issues with them. But doesn't mean you won't.
