None, though I'm open to the idea of taking them if I can't maintain a non-diabetic A1c.
Last A1c was 5.8% (US); 39.9 mmol/mol (UK). Just had another today. Hoping it will be in the non-diabetic range of 5.6% (US); 37.7 mmol/mol (UK) when I get the results next week.
I need to know how each meal effects my glucose levels. I fear if I begin taking medication, I'll ultimately end up increasing the dosage, perhaps the number of medications too, over time. So I'm doing my best to hold the line with a real, whole foods LCHF/Keto diet, testing sometimes 10 times a day, walking, and using intermittent fasting 9 days a month for gradual weight loss.
It's a challenge. I crossed over to T2DM in 2005 and am now in my late 50's.
