What was your bg reading last night and this morning?

When i see all these below 6.0 Fasting numbers, i am getting restless... I can’t seem to ever get below 6.3... today was 7.3

Only if you like a lot of cauliflower! It doesn't float my boat.

I quite like it now but flavour or spice it up a bit the same with cauliflower rice not to keen on it otherwise.

I did 22 hour fast. Last meal was at around 1600 yesterday. Had no food, but plenty of water through the day, and fasted until 1400 today.

Before my fast I did 3 miles of fast paced walking.

Going in for another fast today.
