I do intermittent fasting when I have a 6 to 8 hour space for eating and 16 to 18 hours of fasting. It’s a constantly evolving and constantly learning thing.

FBG (fasting blood glucose) is the first reading on the morning after your overnight "fast" i.e. sleep.
If you then fast for the rest of the day then I guess technically they'd all be fasting blood glucose but not what is described here as such.
