missed posting this morning because we had a fairly early appointment to get mum's little dog to the groomers. She is now looking much tidier and will feel the benefit if it gets warmer

7 this morning. But 5.9 when I went to bed. Very odd, perhaps last night was a false reading. I slept very badly, have back pain.

10.8 that was a second test the first one was 11.1 !!! never had a fasting reading that high .

9.6 this morning but i was in bed by 8pm as i think i got dehydrated felt very sick and had a huge headache. Didnt take my levels last night because of this. Im hoping it was all to do with that.
