I'm pretty late on here, and been busy busy all weekend!

I've been in the 5's and 6's this weekend so all good.

Gotta get up an hour and half earlier on weekdays as i start a new job, i'm hoping my Dawn phenomenon doesn't shift with me so i have to adjust my basals to fit in.

Please please diabetes be nice for once, will be interesting to fit in lots of testing with a new routine combined with training for a new job.

Hope everyone had a good weekend, despite the rain if you all got as much as i did!

Good luck Ebony.
My fasting level wasn't too great this morning at 12.5. I went to a BBQ yesterday and was eating at different times to usual and also not my normal foods although i was good and avoided all the cakes! Am also feeling pretty rubbish today.

Hi, Let us know how you go on ebony, hope your BS behave's for you and you wont have tweaks to do. Hope you enjoy your new job, will be thinking of you. Did my BS later than the normal today n got a shock :shock: it was 7.1 , never ever been this LOW , both me and hubby was staring at meter in amazement :shock: wonder what tomorrow will be! ??? [ been feeling bit lightheaded today ] maybe this lower reading is the reason? Anna.x

@ 2 hours 6.8 Suspect berry mixture (sold to put in cakes - Betty Bossi) contained a little sugar No ingredients written on package (sold fresh in some sort of liquid). Want to use it up but will have a quarter of the portion size tomorrow.

9.2 this morning its rarely much different lately ??? so somethings going awry!

Most times b4 bed its about the same so little change overnight. ( & I don't do snacking )

Last year it was regularly around the 6's in the AM .

But just had my HBA1c @ 7.1 as it was 6.5 last year ( 1st year as DiaBbtic).

Gp doesn't seem worried as he's only going on this result , but I don't fancy waiting another year to find its going further up !, before doing anything about it !.
