I posted the 'useful' thingie Flic because it an incentive to see those kind of numbers at times, because it keeps us mindful
and determined. This is how I view my higher numbers nowadays. As I'm certain you will also mate.

5.4 for me this morning @08.00 have a brilliant weekend everyone.
I'm braving going out for a meal this evening for my daughters 18th birthday I do plan to stay on track (low carb) so will have to see what my levels are like tomorrow.
Enjoy your evening, eat well, sleep well.

Thanks it's taken a while and the numbers are not always quite so good but losing 8 .5 Stone thats about 54 Kg and keeping the carbs low helped a lot. :)

Edit to add

I have had people ask me on the forum and by PM how I did it.

But I am hesitant to tell them because I did it by very drastic means and if some one tried to emulate that it could do them harm I certainly did not get away with it scot-free.

Lost a lot of muscle mass for example.
Well done indeed. Great job! I can understand your hesitance. However what an inspirationl story.

Lunch - lettuce, cucumber, tuna or chicken.
Supper - chicken, broccoli, cabbage, roasted peppers/onion/courgette.
That’s a pretty standard day now.
3+ litres of water a day too

All sounds fine... we do need to be aware of peppers and onions I only have a tiny amount of both, toms can be another thing that we need to aware of. 3+ litres of water is perfect P1ckle.
Do you count carbs daily? If so what is your average per day?

Not what I expected you ytopost to be honest. Great job! Do you snack on anything during the day?
