Just going to listen. Nina Tcheiloz (not sure if I can write or pronounce her surname correctly) is also working to get a more scientific review of the US dietary guidelines.

So is Zoe's. Very interested on her take on fibre as possibly only vaguely helpful IF you eat a very processed food diet. Hopefully will track down more PHC videos from earlier n the year too!

Hi, brand new to all this, diagnosed Wednesday, low carb Wednesday (probably keto but too soon know what I'm doing really!).
Loved this pod cast. Also the Gary Taube. Does anyone have further top recommendations from this site?
