Had an early breakfast. Full fat Greek yogurt. Just making my way to sport centre for gym and swim. Will eat again about 4pm, then fast until tomorrow.

But I did get up and run for 50 minutes at 2 am. Is this cheating? Or should I start a 2 am FB running group? But I feel amazing. Clear-headed, sunny skies (well not outside I've just returned from a dog walk and it was bucketing down and I didn't care a hoot). Anyway, I'm walking on air.
5.9 this morning .......after a stressful week I am happy with that! And managed to avoid the temptation to have a chocolate muffin with coffee on the road - had a call from home to please bring a treat back and avoided eating it
