Today had a Colonoscopy and opted for the Gas & Air rather than being sedated this morning and everything is "normal"!! Just waiting to hear about the 'samples' taken.

Today saw the Liver Specialist and he is satisfied/pleased with my Blood Results.
ALT now 33. Gamma G.T now 30. Ferritin now 32.
Have lost a little weight too = 81.4 kgs.
