The lady who took my blood sample on Friday, had a recipe for individual meatzas. This involved flattening out a chicken breast then topping it / them off with the normal pizza toppings.

I concur. I'm also a huge fan of lo-dough pizza. In fact, in the first week that I discovered them, I must have had pizza day and night for a fortnight. It had been two years since I'd been able to have them. I was simply over the moon.

Lo dough is like eating polystyrene. Flavourless rubbish and a complete ripoff.

I don't like the Lo-Dough Pizza base either. I either make it will an omelette base and add the sauce, grated cheese, mushrooms, ham, peppers and shove it under the grill, or make a fat head dough one

Seems to be around 2 quid a piece. How far does a piece go?
