Hi
Just a quick one. I’ve finally been put on insulin (I’m
) the only issue that I have is that I’m on Humulin S and I need to eat within 20-45 if taking it but I always forget when I have taken it. So any tips to record the time so I don’t mess up?
Also DSN said to ensure that I eat carbs with my meals but I would prefer for lunch and dinner to avoid carbs. Any idea if I can skip carbs?
I’m on 4 units by the way but will see DSN to see if I need to increase next week.
