I use UHT Alpro Soya Cream. It has 1.2 g carbohydrate/ 100 g. It tastes great and is easy to carry in your handbag/bag as it has a screw top and is a small tetra pack.
Hi ert. I have the tetra pack Alpro soya single cream. It is 4.5 carbs per 100ml.

You need the UHT version, not the fresh refrigerated cream. It's in the 'free from' section of the supermarket.

Poor grammar, bullying and drunks.
What does the UHT stand for. Is the cream not refrigerated. It’s in the free from section of the supermarket. Sorry newbie didn’t understand.
UHT stands for Ultra High Temperature. It is a way of pasturising foodstuffs.

UHT is Ultra Heat Treated.
The packaging is usually those long life packs that look like card on the outside and silver foil on the inside.
The shelf life is huge compared with fresh milk, and the packs do not need refrigeration.

Thankyou. It’s probably handy, when you run out of fresh cream.
